You've heard of us, now come join us! 

We are one-of-a-kind in Richmond! The Mother Runner Training Team offers year-round running programs for moms.

  • 8K training for the HCA Virginia 8K in the fall
  • Half Marathon training for the Richmond Half Marathon in the fall
  • Winter Conditioning Program
  • 10K training for the Monument Avenue 10K in the spring
  • Summer Conditioning Program

We also offer individualized race training plans customized for your race and race goals!

We recently finished our amazing session of training for the Richmond 8K and Half Marathon and are now wrapping up our Winter Conditioning Program! Registration is NOW OPEN FOR the Monument Avenue 10k training which begins January 18th! Please go to the Registration page to get started!
